What a profile holds

A diving CV is not an office CV. It is a stack of certifications, currencies and seasons, and most of it expires. This is built for that.

Certifications

Agency, level, certification number and date, for every rating you hold. Submitted once, checked, and shown to centres as verified.

Dive experience

Logged dives, and the kind of diving behind the number — boat and shore, tropical through to cold water, plus specialities like nitrox, sidemount, closed circuit and underwater photography.

Work history

Dive roles and everything else. Centres hire for the shop, the boat, the compressor room and the front desk as often as for the water, so retail, hospitality, marine and trade experience all count here.

Tickets, medicals and insurance

Dive medical, first aid and oxygen provider, coxswain and boat licences, compressor and equipment servicing tickets, liability cover — each with its expiry date, so nothing lapses quietly.

Right to work and availability

Visa type and expiry, the date you are free from, how long you want to stay, and whether you will relocate. The two questions every centre asks first.

Languages and references

The languages you can teach and guide in, and contactable references from the operators you have worked for.

For dive centres

Hiring for a season usually means a pile of PDFs, three agencies and a lot of chasing people for a copy of their medical. Search instead.

  • Filter by what matters. Rating, languages, tickets, right to work, and the date someone is actually free.
  • See currency at a glance. Expired medicals and lapsed insurance are flagged on the profile, not discovered in week one.
  • Read the history. Where they have worked, for how long, and who will vouch for them.
  • Contact directly. No commission on the hire, no middle layer.

Reviews from both sides of the boat

Reputation in this industry already travels by word of mouth. This just writes it down.

Operators
The centres you have worked for can review you at the end of a season — reliability, skills in the water, how you were with students and customers.
Customers
Divers you have guided or taught can leave a review against your profile, so the people you looked after count towards the next job.
Both are attributed
Reviews are tied to a real trip or a real employment period. No anonymous reviews, and you can respond to any of them.
